Greetings Everyone, A friend of mine mentioned to me that this year's christian celebration of Easter Sunday falls on the same day as the celebration of a Jewish Holiday, which is?
And this is the first time in many years that the christian Easter celebration coincides on the same day with the this Jewish Holiday. Is there a significance of this two celebrations happening this year? Thank You for your input, Perlita

Hello perlita, I find it unusual that they fall so close or on the same day. But, remember(Iam sure you do) the last supper was in fact a seder, wasn't it? And scince I was close to many of our jewish friends including hacidem, I am sure I have mispelled that, I would find it a significant event. I will follow this up. Because of things in my life I am very familiar with real jewish faith.I suppose thats surprising considering I am a catholic. I am soorry this blog is so erratic , I am being interupted on a constant basis. Bless you perlita and all Bib cat

Easter IS the same day as a Jewish holiday, the feast of First Fruits. And that is actually a better name for it that "Easter"; which is deriver from the Babylonian god, Ishtar.

yes it falls on the same alinement of the days as it was in those days. Some are abit freaked out about that , but why? Don't all like birtdays or such at one time or another end up to be on the same day sooner or later? G-d is the only one who knows the time and that is that! would it be so simple for us to figure out? hmmm all I know sister is that if we walk in the Word daily, keep watch, and do works in faith, we have no worries, AMEN. If Friday there is a Earthquack.... I'll see you all there
